Any commissions that include a % in their price is calculated in the order they appear in the price list.

At the end, 1% is added to the price for each extra hour a complex piece takes after the 20 hour mark (so if a piece takes 35 hours, its an additional 15%). If that is a problem, do keep in mind that before hitting the 20 hour mark, all commission prices are determined by the final product, not the average 15 hours i spend on it.

terms of service
I, the artist:
- Reserve the right to cancel, refund, or refuse the order at any time, for any reason.
- Retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- Reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online (unless explicitly requested not to)
- Am required to show the client how the final price is calculated (the customer has the right to request this information if it is forgotten)You, the customer/comissioner:
- May upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social media platform WITH CREDIT.
- May use the commissioned artwork for any non-commercial use. This will include personal keychains, gifts, profile pictures, etc. And does NOT include profiting off it by reselling, redistributing, turning into merch to sell, etc.
- May NOT claim as your own
- May NOT alter the artwork without consent (change details, add to it, etc).
- May NOT use the commissioned artwork for AI in any way, such as to train AI, 'enhance' the art, alter the work, add to the work, etc.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to request an NSFW piece or to view the NSFW examples
- Have parental permission to commission me if you are under 18 regardless of the order.Regarding Refunds:
- The buyer is not allowed to request a refund after the commission has been started.
- If I have not started your commission within 5-7 business days and it is necessary, a request for refund can be made.
- If for any reason I cannot finish the artwork, such as becoming too busy, not feeling comfortable, or not feeling confident in the work, I will make a full refund and inform you.
- If the buyer absolutely insists on a refund after the sketch/flat colour stage, only a partial refund will be given depending on the work done.Additionally:
- Absolutely no bargaining, my price is final.

HOW TO COMMISSION ME:1. DM me the details of what you'd like me to draw.- Commission type (flat, render)
- Size (chibi, bust, half body, full body)
- Your request/character (with visual reference and description, the more the better)
- Any other additional info (poses you might want, accessories or outfits, etc)2. Once I accept the commission and get your pay (100% or 50% upfront), I will proceed with your commission.3. You will receive progress photos before the finished work. You can ask for up to 3 changes during the process but any major changes after that will cost an additional $5 each time.4. The artwork will be sent as a high definition file via email using Google Drive. After this, refunds are an absolute no. Make sure you save the image within 24 hours as I will delete the file afterwards to save storage space.
